Lead the launch and growth of Google’s e-commerce store’s first global content marketing program aimed to increase organic website traffic and new audience consideration for the Pixel brand. 
Manage a robust editorial calendar by utilizing data on content performance and aligning with company-wide marketing initiatives, seasonal moments, product launches, CRM campaigns and more. 
Oversee content production by managing work streams with both external creative agencies and internal partners such as product marketing, creative, legal and web developers to ensure timely content publication and consistent Pixel brand positioning. 
Spearheaded the program’s expansion in multiple locales in APAC and EMEA, coordinating localization workflows. 
The Google Store Ideas + Info blog in partnership with agency Message Lab was selected as a finalist in two categories (Strategy B2C Publication and Distribution B2C) in the 2023 Content Marketing Awards.

Senior Content Development Manager, Sophos Productions, Palo Alto, CA (January ‘20 — July ‘21)
Led end-to-end production at online education company Aptly. Grew and managed a team of writers, designers and content developers for projects facing Meta’s Business Education team.
Collaborated with SMEs at Meta, such as product and marketing teams, to tailor learning to specific product features. Designed and developed engaging eLearning courses to align with product value propositions and increase user adoption.
Projects included Meta Social Media Marketing Certification, Boost with Facebook virtual training content and Facebook Blueprint courses. 

Content Marketing Manager, Instagram, San Francisco, CA (April ‘19 – December ‘19)
Developed and executed an educational content marketing program for Instagram’s small business audience by conducting competitive analysis, leveraging audience research and partnering with brand and product marketing teams.
Established the content creation workflow, including developing and implementing tone of voice, authoring long-form articles and ensuring consistent brand messaging and product positioning. Contributed to various types of marketing collateral such as email, marketing landing pages, and scripts for in-person educational training for Instagram’s small business audience.

Managed customer-facing marketing experience across email, webinar, and social media, to increase customer retention for Yahoo’s small business customers.
